David Connors
Tchr - Social Studies
Mr. Connors attended Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minnesota earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and earning a Secondary Social Studies Licensure. He also has a Masters Degree in Educational Technology from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He will be teaching 9th Grade World History this year, as well as, teaching one section of the 9th Grade AVID Elective. He has taught for 19 years, all in Saint Paul. This is his ninth year teaching at Washington Technology Magnet. He believes that anyone can succed when effort is applied. He is very excited to have the opportunity to be part of your first year of high school!
He currently lives in Hugo, Minnesota with his wife, Michelle, his ten year-old son, William, and his eight year-old daughter, Keira. His hobbies include traveling, playing sports, and spending time with his family. He has found teaching has helped him to feel young!
