The Latinx Club is a vibrant and welcoming space dedicated to celebrating and sharing the diverse cultures, languages, and heritages of the Latinx world.What We Do:
- Cultural Projects: We explore the history, art, and geography of our countries through collaborative projects.
- Community and Celebration: We build strong friendships and a supportive environment by organizing celebrations and social gatherings to share our culture and customs in a fun and festive way.
- Educational Collaboration: We partner with groups like Latinx Rise to offer educational lessons and mentorship opportunities for Latinx students.
- Cultural Experiences: We organize field trips to the Latinx Youth Conference and other local cultural events.

The National Honor Society (NHS) program empowers and equips students with the knowledge and skills to be transformative leaders in our school, community, and beyond.
How to Join NHS
- Become a candidate with a GPA of 3.0 or greater and a record of excellent behavior at Washington.
- Work the required volunteer hours for their grade level and prove leadership skills before applying to the national NHS organization in the spring.
- Be accepted by a committee of advisors and teachers at Washington to receive an induction ceremony invitation.
- Become registered members of the national NHS organization.
Washington Link Crew is the school's largest student leadership organization.
Students' main task is to mentor 9th grade students, helping them build connections with school and positive relationships with each other. Link Leaders also act as school ambassadors, helping with our 3DE program, and volunteering in the community.
The Student Council is made up of student representatives from every Advisory class. Together, they are the driving force behind student life at Wash Tech.
