Hmong II

Hmong 2 will expand beyond the basic skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing through thematically designed units. We will take a deeper look into the culture, history, geography, and values of the Hmong people. Some topics that we will cover includes traditional Hmong folktstories, the secret war, cultural expressions, and traditions and weddings. Students will be expected to read and write in Hmong. 

Grading:

Formatives =20% (homework, assignments, quizzes, etc.)

Summatives = 80% (test, projects, presentations, etc.)
